Return of goods
Under current law, you have 14 days to return the goods without giving any reason. If you want to withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out a declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product(s). An example of a withdrawal form is included in Appendix 2 to the Act on Consumer Rights.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will return the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
If you have received a purchased product from us, please send it back or hand it over to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the purchased product before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the purchased product. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the use of the product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of this product.

Complaints
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:
1 Complaint form
Fill in the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
